With its new partner Vanas Intralogistic Solutions, SCALLOG accelerates its development in the BENELUX

May 30, 2023

As part of its European expansion, the French logistics robotics company SCALLOG has just signed a partnership agreement with Vanas Intralogistic Solutions, a Belgian integrator of reference in intralogistics solutions designed according to customers’ needs, to accelerate the marketing of its “Goods to Person” offer in a strategic market, the Benelux. It marks SCALLOG’s desire to strengthen its presence in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg by relying on a partner, Vanas Intralogistic Solutions, an expert in its field who shares the same philosophy and culture of customer service and logistics excellence.

This partnership is an ideal fit with SCALLOG’s strategy to position itself on a long-term basis in the Benelux, a market with strong development potential, a hub for European logistics and distribution with the densest port, rail, road and waterway networks in the world. Indeed, SCALLOG already has many references in this geographical area, including Bricolux, Soditra Logistics…

Rémi Badaroux, International Business Developer of SCALLOG confides to us : “This new agreement with Vanas Intralogistic Solutions assures us to rely on a partner, with decades of experience, with an undisputed leadership in the automation and optimization of warehouses of SMEs and SMIs in Benelux, which will be a driving force in accelerating our development in this dynamic market.”

With the credo of automating the warehouse with the best solutions according to the real needs of its customers in terms of performance and scalability, Vanas Intralogistic Solutions stands out by the extent of its competences and its intralogistics offer, from WMS to storage and conveying equipment. Faced with pressurized processing times and a shortage of manpower, Benelux logisticians are increasingly looking for easy-to-integrate, user-friendly and scalable solutions to make the most of available space, speed up their operations, increase their reactivity and reduce their staffing requirements in their warehouses.

Andy Van Mieghem, Managing Director at Vanas Intralogistic Solutions tells us why he chose SCALLOG: “In order to enrich our portfolio of offers, we were seduced by SCALLOG’s approach, which offers a complete Good to Person solution, combining mobile shelves transported by robots to picking or replenishment stations, resolutely scalable. In addition to the robots, which are manufactured in its own production plant, SCALLOG differentiates itself by the embedded software intelligence, via its own WMS, to respond precisely to the constraints and specificities of each customer in order to boost its performance.”

He adds: “Moreover, the many successes of SCALLOG in Belgium have totally reassured us of the value of its Goods to Person solution and its perfect match with the challenges of the logisticians of the Benelux SMEs and ETIs, which is our core target.”

Rémi Badaroux, International Business Developer at SCALLOG, and Andy Van Mieghem, from Vanas Intralogistic Solutions, concluded: “We have a lot in common in terms of corporate culture and market approach, and our ambition is to develop a long-term collaboration, strengthened by the sharing and transfer of skills, in order to win new customers, guaranteeing them satisfaction and logistical excellence, and thus increase our market share.”
