ILG Innovative Logistics Group successfully managed the transportation of approximately 35,000 freight tons of industrial components from multiple production sites across Austria and Europe to a greenfield steel manufacturing project in Mississippi, USA. The multimodal operation involved oversized and heavy-lift cargo delivered according to a strict installation schedule.

The project included oversized components exceeding 4 meters in width and weighing more than 50 tons each. ILG utilized specialized trucks, inland waterways, and RoRo vessels to coordinate shipments from multiple European origins via Hamburg and Bremerhaven to several U.S. ports.
Despite tight deadlines and reduced heavy-lift handling capacity following the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in Baltimore, ILG completed the project with zero cargo damage, 100% on-time delivery, and within budget, demonstrating its expertise in managing complex industrial logistics.
