Averitt has been named to the Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation's REWARD Honor Roll for the third consecutive year, one of only six employers across Tennessee selected for 2026.
The REWARD Honor Roll acknowledges employers that demonstrate excellence in return-to-work practices and support positive outcomes for associates recovering from workplace injuries.
“At Averitt, caring for our associates goes beyond the workplace,” said Barry Blakely, president and chief operating officer for Averitt. “When an associate experiences an injury, we want them to know they have a team behind them that is committed to supporting their recovery.”
Averitt's people-first culture extends beyond workplace safety and recovery programs, such as its Promote from Within program and sustainability practices.
