GEODIS announces new U.S. freight forwarding managing director

GEODIS, a leading global logistics provider, today announced the appointment of Guillaume Bournisien as Managing Director of Freight Forwarding in the US, effective November 1, 2025. This expands his current responsibilities as Managing Director of Freight Forwarding in Canada to the broader North American region where he will lead of team of nearly 900 teammates.

As Managing Director of Freight Forwarding for the U.S. and Canada, Bournisien will oversee GEODIS’ Customs Brokerage, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Project Logistics and Supply Chain Optimization product lines across North America. He will also now lead three Regional Leaders in GEODIS’ U.S. network who oversee major gateway cities including greater New York State; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Charleston, SC; Houston, TX; Miami, FL; and Los Angeles, CA.
