Cargo Transporters, Inc. has announced the completion of its acquisition of property and terminal in Anderson, S.C. The nearly seven acres and 10,500 square foot building is located on I-85 at exit 14.
The purchase of the terminal and property will broaden the company’s reach and initiatives of providing high earning driving careers, while accommodating today’s workforce priority of work/life balance. The company will be adding forty driving positions which will be based out of the new terminal in Anderson. “Acquisition of this property plays a key role for our growth in the Charlotte to Atlanta corridor", says John Pope, Chairman. "We are thrilled to be able to expand our presence in South Carolina."
