Veho appoints e-commerce veteran Madhvani as CPO

Oct 16, 2025

Veho, the most customer-centric e-commerce delivery platform in the U.S., today announced the appointment of Neel Madhvani as Chief Product Officer, leading both Product and Operations, as the company continues its evolution into a full-stack technology platform for post-purchase experience.

This is the first time Veho has appointed a Chief Product Officer — a milestone that underscores Veho's continued transformation from a fast-growing delivery company into a technology platform helping brands control and elevate every stage of the post-purchase journey. By aligning product and operations under one leader, Veho aims to accelerate innovation, strengthen reliability, and scale new capabilities that give e-commerce brands more visibility, flexibility, and customer delight than ever before.

Madhvani brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of e-commerce, product innovation, and large-scale operations. His career spans leadership roles at three large and sophisticated supply chain organizations: Chewy, Staples and Copart.

Most recently as Chief Product Officer of Copart, one of the world's largest automobile remarketing and logistics networks, Madhvani led product, design, analytics, and customer service — driving a major and rapid increase in customer satisfaction. At Chewy, Madhvani was a part of their path in growing from $4 billion to nearly $10 billion in revenue, overseeing the end-to-end shopping funnel, design, analytics, and search. Before that, Madhvani led Staples' industrial division, learning firsthand how to run warehouses, integrate sales and operations, and deliver fulfillment at scale.

In short, Madhvani brings both a consumer and e-commerce shipper's perspective to how Veho will design its products and the operations that make them work.

"Neel is one of those rare leaders who has sat both in the customer's chair and in the logistics provider's chair and lived the challenges of large-scale e-commerce firsthand," said Itamar Zur, co-founder and CEO of Veho. "His experience across some of the country's biggest logistics and retail ecosystems will help us move faster, reduce friction, and further our evolution into a national, technology company powering the future of commerce."

"The Veho team's obsession with customer experience is unlike anything I've seen in business since my time at Chewy. Even as it has grown to handle millions of parcels per week, Veho believes every single delivery and experience matters, and they are constantly innovating to improve it for e-commerce brands and their customers," said Madhvani. "As I take on leadership of the Product and Operations teams, our focus will be on designing service levels, optionality, and other products that e-commerce leaders want, improve their customer relationships, and help them get a better return on their shipping spend – as well as enhance the technical and operational capabilities to ensure we deliver on that promise."

As Veho prepares for 2026, the company is focused on becoming the Primary Shipping Partner for e-commerce brands nationwide — offering multiple product tiers, expanding into new categories, and building software tools that help brands manage, measure, and optimize their customer experience beyond delivery

"There's such a bright future here," added Madhvani. "Anyone who doesn't want to be part of this story is missing out."
