Topline Express Logistics handle shipment of two 101mtn tanks

Sep 22, 2025

In August, Topline Express Logistics (TEL), PCN members in China, handled a shipment of two big cryogenic storage tanks from Nantong in Jiangsu Province to Taicang and then to Kembla Port in South-East Australia.

Each tank measures 23.00 x 4.85 x 4.60m and weighs 101mtn.

The buyer in Australia chose TEL as their logistics partner because they are professional and experienced in handling project shipments. For this project, TEL was responsible for:

  • Barge chartering
  • Ocean vessel chartering
  • Documentation
  • Export customs clearance
  • Full coordination with all the relevant parties

The TEL team worked closely with the Australian customer, Chinese supplier, and ocean carrier, and ensured the successful avoidance of the possible barge detention and ocean vessel demurrage during the operations.
