Jun 17, 2026

Balena Projects LLC, successfully completed a complex project cargo movement involving an oversized self-propelled unit transported from Canada to Brazil. The scope included inland transportation from Canada to the United States, customs bond arrangements, oversized permit management and vessel loading at the U.S. port of export. The project highlights Balena Projects' expertise in handling specialized cargo movements requiring precise planning and coordination.

Balena Projects managed the shipment from pickup at the shipper’s facility in Canada through export loading in the United States. Prior to shipment, a site survey was conducted to inspect the cargo condition, storage environment and loading procedures, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

The company coordinated inland transportation, customs bonds and all necessary oversized permits while maintaining full control of documentation and operational timelines. Through close coordination of transport, port operations and vessel handling, the cargo was delivered safely and efficiently to the export gateway for onward shipment to Brazil.
