Stonemont broadens ISF footprint with five acquisitions

Jan 21, 2026

Stonemont Financial Group announced it has closed on five industrial service facilities (ISFs) totaling 41.93 acres of property and over 518,600 square feet of existing and planned development across the country. The deals further bolster Stonemont’s fast-growing ISF platform, which now includes more than 9.40 acres of development.

The recent closings include:

Atlanta West Strickland, a 5.78-acre property with one building totaling 13,840 square feet in Douglasville, Georgia. The facility has 22-foot to 24-foot clear heights and is located at 7773 W. Strickland St.

Atlanta Fleetwood, a 4.98-acre property with two buildings totaling 33,174 square feet in Atlanta. The facilities have 24-foot clear heights and are located along Fleetwood Drive Southeast.

Houston Aldine Westfield, a 14.62-acre property with one building totaling 83,391 square feet in Houston. The facility has 25-foot clear heights and is located at 11939 Aldine Westfield Rd.

Camden South 6th, an 8.77-acre property with four buildings totaling 49,308 square feet in Camden, New Jersey. The facilities have 30-foot clear heights and are located at 1500 South 6th St.

Philly W. Passyunk, a 7.78-acre property located at 6046 W. Passyunk Ave. in Philadelphia.

“As one of the first to invest in the ISF space, Stonemont continues to identify and execute on high-quality opportunities in supply-constrained markets,” said Ryan Meehan, senior vice president at Stonemont. “We see sustained demand for well-located, functional ISF assets nationwide, and these acquisitions further solidify our position as a leading owner and developer in this specialized sector.”

ISF is a subset of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and includes sites that feature functional service buildings in addition to stabilized fences and lit outdoor space zoned for storage. Stonemont currently has over 100 assets under management and is actively pursuing new opportunities in select markets nationwide.

In 2025, Stonemont announced the acquisition of a 5.81-acre ISF site with a 61,000-square-foot facility in La Porte, Texas; a 5.28-acre ISF site with a 38,200-square-foot facility in Duluth, Georgia; a 32-acre ISF site with a 67,000-square-foot facility in Logan Township, New Jersey; and a 24.8-acre ISF site with a 224,000-square-foot facility in Dallas. The firm also announced plans to build a 6.6-acre, 10,000-square-foot ISF on Staten Island in New York.
