Sealand: Merchant Haulage Fee, Mexico

As previously notified, Sealand is introducing the ‘Merchant haulage fee’ of USD 15 per container applicable for all CY import and export cargo in Mexico with new implementation date on April 1st, 2020.

This surcharge will apply to all type of containers when Sealand is not providing the inland transportation and it will be invoiced thru a Sealand bill of lading when empty container gates in/out from premises/ports
