CMA CGM Announcement: Port Congestion Surcharges to Port Louis, Mauritius and Europe to Canada East Coast

***Considering the present situation in Mauritius, CMA CGM wishes to inform its customers of the following Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS):

Effective December 15th, 2024 until further notice

- Origin: From all origins

- Destination: To Port Louis, Mauritius

- Cargo: Dry & Reefer

- Amount: USD 200 per TEU

- Payment: as per freight

***Considering the present situation in Canada East Coast ports, CMA CGM wishes to inform its customers of the following Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) implementation:

Effective November 23rd, 2024, (loading date) until further notice

- Origin: From North Europe (including North France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia, Poland, Baltic, North Spain [Bilbao, Gijon]), Mediterranean (including Malta, France [Fos, Marseille], Italy, Spain [Algeciras, Valencia, Barcelona, Sagunto, Vigo], Adriatic, Black Sea, North Africa, Cyprus, Greece, Türkiye, Lebanon, Portugal & Morocco - Excluding Egypt

- Destination: To Canada East Coast (ports of Montreal, Halifax & Saint John) and all inland destinations reached via said ports

- Cargo: Dry & Reefer

- Amounts (Dry): USD 400 per 20' | USD 600 per 40'/40'HC/45'

- Amounts (Reefer): USD 500 per 20' | USD 1,000 per 40'/45'

- Settlement: collect at destination
