Roll Group expands in Saudi Arabia: new office and heavy haul investments

Roll Group Middle East, a leading force in the region for heavy haul and lifting solutions, has expanded its operations in Saudi Arabia. Roll Group is active since 2020 in the Middle East, with a presence in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Oman. Roll Group is now positioned to be the second-largest inland transport company in Saudi Arabia.

A state-of-the-art facility
The new 4,000-square-meter facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia provides strategic storage and logistics support to key clients in the region. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, the facility enables Roll Group to handle even the most complex heavy transport and lifting projects with precision and efficiency.

Equipment and capabilities
Roll Group's global powerful fleet of heavy-duty equipment is capable of tackling the most challenging heavy-lift tasks. Owning self-propelled modular transporters (SPMTs) and conventional trailers that can move HL/ODC cargos with precision, while high-capacity cranes and gantries lift heavy equipment effortlessly.

Furthermore, Roll Group owns and operates a versatile heavy transport seagoing fleet consisting of dock-type vessels, which all have the option of three loading modes - Ro-Ro, Flo-Flo and Lo-Lo -, in addition to deck carrier vessels. Roll Group’s own heavy lift barge, the RollBarge 1, is available in the Middle East from February 2025.
