Ralli earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and business management from AMU/University of California, and is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Airport Executives, Airport Consultants Council, Airports Council International, North America, Conference of Minority Transportation Officials and Board Member of the National Safe Skies Alliance, Inc.
