Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.) and FlowBelow announce Aero Wheel Covers with Easy Air Access™

Mar 18, 2026

During the Clarience Technologies press conference on March 17 at TMC’s Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition, Craig Smith, V.P. of Marketing & Communications for Pressure Systems International, showcased a breakthrough in tire service accessibility: the new FlowBelow Easy Air Access™ Wheel Cover powered by P.S.I. components.

Developed in close partnership with FlowBelow, the Easy Air Access Wheel Cover delivers a smarter, faster way for fleets to manage tire pressure. By routing P.S.I.’s air hoses from the inner and outer tires directly to centrally located service ports on the wheel cover, the system makes routine pressure checks dramatically easier with no wheel cover or valve stem cap removals needed.

This solution is built on a co designed, easy access manifold integrated into FlowBelow’s aero cover mounting latch. Once installed, sensors and airline components stay protected and out of sight, while technicians gain immediate, tool free access to both tire ports. The result: quicker inspections, more consistent tire maintenance, and fewer pressure related issues on the road.

For fleets looking to enhance visibility into tire health, optional CP hoses support seamless integration with P.S.I.’s TireView® and TireView LIVE™ TPMS solutions. TireView delivers proven tire monitoring performance, while TireView LIVE provides real time tire analytics through a fleet’s existing telematics platform or operates as a standalone system.

With the Easy Air Access Wheel Cover, P.S.I. and FlowBelow are giving fleets a practical, driver friendly upgrade that boosts safety, improves efficiency, and reduces overall tire costs.
