Phillips welcomes industry veteran Hofley as VP of Sales

Phillips Industries is pleased to announce that Drew Hofley has joined the team as Vice President of Sales. With an impressive career spanning over three decades, Hofley brings an unparalleled depth of experience and expertise to the table. Hofley will lead the Phillips sales initiative to further meet the current and evolving needs of all Phillips customers while expanding the organization's reach through innovative products, emerging technologies, diverse customer bases, and untapped markets.

Hofley’s strategic prowess and solution-oriented mindset have consistently driven organizations towards innovation and growth, and his innate ability to build and nurture teams has led to outstanding collaborative achievements.

My mission is to lead the commercial team and contribute to the growth of Phillips’ business by enhancing every aspect of relationships throughout the industry.”

Hofley has a remarkable history of elevating businesses through visionary planning and dynamic leadership. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Americas at Accuride. In this capacity, Hofley demonstrated exceptional leadership and accountability, overseeing crucial facets of business development, customer engagement, and strategic advisory roles. Hofley has significant experience managing truck and trailer OEMs, national and regional fleets, large dealership groups, and Warehouse-Distributor aftermarket accounts. He demonstrates a commitment to fostering collaborative partnerships and has played a central role in leading several industry specific advisory councils including the Heavy Duty Marketing and Sales Forum.

Hofley's career includes 28 years as a United States Marine where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. Hofley’s Marine Corps experience included four aviation tours and two infantry tours in the Pacific and Southwest Asia between 1983 and 2011. Notably, he participated in Operations Desert Shield/Storm with the 1st Marine Division and Operation Enduring Freedom with MarCent. Hofley earned the combat action ribbon during Desert Storm.
