Chief Human Resources Officer recognized for planning and communications before and during COVID-19 outbreak
OmniTRAX, one of the fastest growing railroads in North America and an affiliate of The Broe Group, is pleased to announce that Andi Malter, Chief Human Resources Officer, is receiving the Denver Business Journal 2020 C-Suite award in the Chief Human Resources/Chief People Officer category. The Denver Business Journal 2020 C-Suite award nominees are judged on their leadership, business success within their organization, as well as their community involvement and other factors.
“Andi has been a strong member of our executive team since she joined OmniTRAX so it’s great to see her honored. She continues to work incredibly hard to help make sure all of our team members stay safe during the pandemic, supporting our operations around North America with the resources they need,” said Kevin Shuba.
Malter and the other winners were recognized at the C-Suite Virtual Awards Celebration Monday, September 21, and are featured with profiles in a special Denver Business Journal supplement.
The system will be deployed as part of the initial rollout on the fleet of one of its leading U.S customers, with implementation starting by the end of 2024
