Logistaas partners with ocean freight rate comparison provider Cargofive

Jun 10, 2025

Logistaas has entered a partnership with online comparison site, Cargofive, expanding the effectiveness of its Transportation Management System (TMS) by offering customers instant access to ocean freight rates from over 25 carriers.

By integrating with Cargofive, freight forwarders can now directly compare ocean freight rates using Logistaas’ offers module, meaning quotes can be shared with customers and converted into bookings from within a single platform.

“This strategic integration aligns with Logistaas’s strategy of connecting our transportation management system with the global freight forwarding ecosystem,” said Kareem Naouri, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Logistaas.

“Freight forwarders need faster, more automated tools to stay competitive in today’s complex market and by integrating with Cargofive, we’ve eliminated the need for manual rate requests, spreadsheet comparisons, and lengthy emails.

“With quicker access to market rates and shipping schedules, sales teams can respond to client inquiries faster and with more competitive pricing – lowering costs for consumers, improving forwarders’ bottom line, and speeding up shipments.”

The integration is now live, and users have access to real-time shipping schedules from over 25 carriers and can compare rates from across a diverse range of sources, including spreadsheets, PDFs, and emails.

“This partnership with Logistaas represents a major step forward in our mission to simplify and digitize freight forwarding,” said Sebastian Cazajus, CEO, Cargofive.

“By integrating our smart pricing and schedule insights technology directly into Logistaas’ TMS, we’re enabling freight forwarders to access real-time market data and respond to customers faster than ever before.

“Together, we’re helping the industry move towards a more automated, transparent, and competitive future.”

This follows Logistaas’ recognition as one of the fastest growing tech companies in the Deloitte Middle East Technology Fast 50 Program with the business celebrating its tenth anniversary later this year.
