KlearNow launches Automated Canada Post Entry Audit, Debuts Feature at 2026 ICPA Canada Conference in Toronto

KlearNow.AI, the AI-native customs management and trade compliance platform, today announced the general availability of Canada Post Entry Audit within KlearHub, its flagship platform for importers and global trade compliance teams. KlearHub now enables importers and brokers access to multi-level post-entry audit capabilities purpose-built for Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

The feature is available now for all KlearHub customers with Canada enabled in their account, and KlearNow will showcase a live demonstration of Post Entry Audit at the 2026 ICPA Canada Conference in Toronto, June 7–9.

Multi-Level Audit Intelligence, Built for Canadian Customs

Canadian Post Entry Audit brings automated audit logic directly into KlearHub's analytics layer, analyzing Commercial Accounting Declaration (CAD) documents against CBSA D17-1-10 requirements across three levels of depth:

• Shipment Level — high-level compliance flags across the full entry

• Line Item Level — classification and valuation review at the line level

• Duty Level — duty calculation accuracy and overpayment identification

The feature surfaces four dedicated analytics reports: Shipment Detail, Line Level Detail, Duty Level Detail, and an All Levels consolidated view, accessible directly within the KH+ Customs Analytics tab.

“CA Post Entry Audit is a meaningful step forward for Canadian importers who want to stay ahead of CBSA scrutiny rather than react to it. We built this feature to give compliance teams real-time visibility into CAD accuracy at every level of the entry, so they can identify errors, recover overpaid duties, and walk into any audit with confidence. Bringing this to ICPA Toronto lets us put it directly in front of the trade compliance community that will benefit most.”

Live Demo at ICPA Canada Conference — Toronto, June 8-9

KlearNow will be presenting a live demonstration of KlearHub CA Post Entry Audit at the 2026 ICPA Canada Conference, the leading annual gathering of international trade compliance professionals in Canada. Chris Woods — an early KlearNow team member and the product's leading voice in the market — will take attendees through the full CA PEA workflow live on stage: from CAD document ingestion through CBSA extraction to the four analytics reports inside KH+.

The ICPA Canada Conference brings together trade compliance managers, customs brokers, import/export professionals, and regulatory specialists from across the country. KlearNow's participation reflects its commitment to the Canadian trade compliance community and its continued investment in purpose-built features for CBSA-regulated importers.

Attendees at ICPA Toronto can visit the KlearNow team to request a live demo, discuss enabling CA PEA for their KH+ account, or learn more about KlearHub's broader customs management and analytics capabilities.
