IQAX empowers TCL’s global supply chain digitization push, tracking over 50,000 containers

Jul 03, 2025

IQAX, a global technology company that provides digital innovation and data intelligence to enterprises in the international trade ecosystem, has announced that leading consumer electronics manufacturer TCL has been officially onboarded onto IQAX’s customised shipment tracking solution. The solution successfully passed TCL’s stringent review process and has been comprehensively deployed across TCL’s global logistics network. To date, it has enabled precise tracking of over 50,000 containers, with data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness significantly addressing TCL’s growing demand in supply chain management.

TCL consistently prioritises innovation. Industry data shows TCL shipped 29 million television units globally. In a world where global supply chains are increasingly complex and volatile, TCL harnesses cutting-edge technological innovation to continuously strengthen its logistics operations management, significantly enhancing overall supply chain efficiency and stability.

This partnership with IQAX aims to optimise its ocean freight management through data-intelligence. By deploying an AI-powered predictive ETAs alert system, it empowers TCL with accurate, real-time high-precision shipment data to improve visibility, agility and the ability to timely respond to potential supply chain disruptions. It also paves the way for TCL to further benefit from artificial intelligence-powered predictive insights as well as build greater supply chain resilience.

The landmark deployment went live in June, following a rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase that ensures the platform is fully integrated into TCL’s global logistics operations and delivering enhanced efficiency. Built on IQAX’s agile development module, the ready-to-use, plug-and-play solution ensures seamless collaboration with TCL’s system, significantly reducing deployment time and implementation cost. Additionally, it consolidates land and sea shipping data, enabling full end-to-end supply chain visibility.

George Guo, CEO of IQAX, said “We are truly honoured to partner with TCL to jointly explore innovative applications of intelligent logistics. The successful commercial launch of this solution fully demonstrates IQAX’s technological capabilities. Moving forward, we will further optimise the application with our latest agentic AI and digital twin innovations to enhance the efficiency of TCL’s global supply chain management.”

Reed Fan at TCL said,” As a global business, ensuring supply chain transparency and operational control over logistics processes is essential. IQAX’s solution, with its ocean freight visibility features and predictive algorithm, has enhanced the overall supply chain efficiency and strengthened our end-to-end management and coordination. This partnership marks not only a technological milestone but a significant step in advancing our global strategy through digitalisation.”

In the future, IQAX and TCL will further deepen their technological collaboration, including adding customs and port visualisation features, as well as exploring AI-driven innovations in logistics forecasting. By enhancing ocean freight tracking capabilities, IQAX will support TCL in achieving seamless data integration across land and sea transportation, bolstering refined supply chain management.

Together, the two parties will continue to advance intelligent logistics as a core engine for TCL’s global expansion, jointly shaping a new digital landscape for the industry.
