Apr 25, 2024

IntelliShift, the connected fleet intelligence platform for safety and operations teams, today announced its second consecutive Stevie Award honor, this time as a 2024 Bronze Stevie® Sales & Customer Service Award Winner, accentuating its capabilities to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

A representation of the world’s top customer service, business development, and sales professionals, the Stevie Awards honor nominated organizations with one of the world’s most coveted and recognizable awards.

“IntelliShift’s commitment to excellent customer service has always set us apart within the telematics industry, as shown with our recent Stevie Award win,” said Kerynn Holtzman, CXO of IntelliShift. “Our attention to customer needs ensure that we deliver outstanding, structured service throughout the customer journey, helping us to continually exceed expectations.”

Honoring outstanding achievements in business development and customer service, the 2024 competition reviewed over 2,300 nominations spanning diverse industries and 47 nations and territories. Finalists were selected based on thorough assessments from over 200 professionals across seven specialized judging committees, conveying the amplitude and significance of this Stevie award program.

“The high scores given the winning nominations in this year’s competition are evidence of the high levels of achievement portrayed in them,” said Maggie Miller, president of the Stevie Awards. “We join with the judges and all members of the Stevie Awards community in congratulating and celebrating the winners for their accomplishments.”

Despite a 150% year-over-year increase in total cases due to customer growth, IntelliShift has achieved a 66% reduction in case closure time by proactively monitoring customer sentiment through scorecards, ensuring timely outreach to maximize platform value and address any issues. Additionally, customer success and AI video technology collaboratively develop safety blueprints with clients, delivering a consultative approach for effective technology implementation and rapid ROI.

Designed to solve safety and operational challenges for fleets of all sizes, IntelliShift will continue to leverage its deep fleet data insights to drive better not only superior customer service across the board but also business outcomes through its client-centric approach.
