Join industry leaders at HCSS's largest User's Group Meeting yet, featuring classes and networking opportunities
HCSS, the leading provider of construction management software for heavy civil and infrastructure projects, is excited to announce its 34th User's Group Meeting (UGM). The event will occur February 18-20, 2025, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. This highly anticipated event will once again be a single-session format and is expected to draw a record-breaking 2,300 attendees—marking the largest turnout in the event’s history.
Since its inception in 1990 with just eight participants, UGM has become a cornerstone event for the heavy civil industry. It provides a unique platform for construction professionals to enhance their use of HCSS software, share feedback to shape future innovations, exchange best practices, and gain insights into industry trends. With over 200 classes offered this year, attendees will have an unparalleled opportunity to deepen their expertise and connect with peers in the infrastructure construction community.
A key highlight of UGM 2025 is the Construct and Connect section. This interactive area will feature exhibits from HCSS Marketplace Partners, appointment centers for one-on-one consultations, and collaborative, engaging activities. This addition underscores HCSS’s commitment to fostering collaboration and creating a dynamic experience for all participants.
The event will also include the announcement of a highly anticipated HeavyBid update that will empower civil and infrastructure contractors to revolutionize their estimating process with unmatched flexibility, seamless collaboration, and the freedom to estimate anytime, anywhere. The grand finale of UGM 2025 will take place at Daikin Park, home of the Houston Astros. This celebratory evening promises to be a memorable event filled with on-field experiences, networking opportunities, and camaraderie among attendees. HCSS remains dedicated to driving innovation and collaborating with customers and other thought leaders within the civil and infrastructure industry through events like UGM.
