DHL partners with Stasher to offer convenient luggage storage

one hour ago

DHL Express, the world’s leading provider of international express shipping services, today announced a new partnership with Stasher, a global platform for temporary luggage storage, to provide travelers across the United States with a convenient, flexible way to store and ship their belongings. The service launches just in time to assist travelers visiting the U.S. for the FIFA World Cup Games.

Through this partnership, travelers can securely store luggage at participating DHL ServicePoint and DHL Premier Partner locations across the U.S. The program launches with approximately 30 locations and is expected to expand to around 100 locations nationwide as the rollout continues.

The new service offers travelers greater freedom and flexibility during their trips. Whether arriving early, departing late, or exploring between destinations, customers can safely store their bags at a nearby DHL location. In addition, travelers have the option to ship luggage, souvenirs, or purchases directly to their home or future destination using DHL’s international shipping service.

This initiative reflects DHL’s continued focus on enhancing customer experience through innovative, convenient solutions that support the evolving needs of global travelers.
“Travelers today are looking for greater convenience and flexibility, and this partnership delivers exactly that,” said Greg Hewitt, CEO, DHL Express U.S. “By combining DHL’s global shipping and domestic retail network with Stasher’s storage and digital platform, we’re creating a seamless solution that allows customers to move freely without being weighed down by their luggage.”

Stasher connects travelers with a network of secure storage locations worldwide, allowing them to book and pay online for short-term luggage storage at trusted shops, hotels, and service providers.

“Partnering with DHL represents an exciting step forward in expanding our footprint in the United States,” said Anthony Collias - CCO & Co-Founder, Stasher. “Together, we’re making it easier than ever for travelers to explore, shop, and travel light, with the added option to ship items anywhere in the world.”
