Achilles launches new analytics tool to enable real-time supply chain sustainability tracking and reporting

Feb 04, 2025

Achilles, a global leader in supply chain risk and performance management, has launched Achilles Analytics, a sophisticated, yet very easy to use, online supply chain intelligence tool designed to meet the growing demand for sustainability and regulatory compliance reporting worldwide.

With the introduction of Achilles Analytics, companies can track supply chain performance against a wide range of carbon, ESG and other metrics. They can quickly extract the information they need to fulfil all regulatory requirements, report confidently to stakeholders, and easily identify and respond to risks such as political instability, climate disasters, social unrest, and other issues.

Supply chain transparency

Achilles Analytics is an all-in-one data intelligence tool designed to simplify the management and reporting of validated supplier data collected through the rigorous Achilles supply chain due diligence process. With Achilles Analytics, businesses now have a complete picture of supply chain risk and progress against sustainability goals enabling supply chain performance, trends, and risks to be more effectively and efficiently monitored and captured.

ESG performance metrics

The ESG dashboard provides clear, detailed metrics on suppliers’ sustainability performance and enables businesses to quickly identify strengths and potential weaknesses in their supply chain. In-depth insights into supplier-specific profiles offer a comprehensive overview of total ESG scores alongside financial performance, helping businesses address supply chain risks proactively while highlighting areas of excellence.

Regulatory reporting and compliance

To make reporting season easier and meet a wide range of different but overlapping international disclosure requirements including Apenhetsloven, BRSR Core, CSRD, CSDDD and LkSG, Achilles Analytics filters enable users to customise the information displayed across a wide variety of dashboards and generate comprehensive reports that align with the plethora of global regulatory standards relevant to them from a single source of validated supply chain data.

Compliance and score dashboards also offer instant insights into how suppliers are performing against key legislative requirements and highlighting areas of greatest compliance risk across even the most complex supply chains.

Carbon action

Using Achilles Analytics, progress towards supply chain decarbonisation can be easily tracked, enabling businesses to gain unparalleled visibility into carbon emissions risks, hotspots and opportunities for reductions across their value chains, and drive targeted reduction plans.

Health and Safety risk

The Health and Safety metrics in Achilles Analytics include facilities, injuries, near misses, and proprietary risk allowing businesses to identify suppliers with high incident rates, evaluate potential risks such as reputational or legislative exposure, and take proactive steps to address them.

Customisable timeframes and summary views enable businesses to track significant events over the past 2, 7, and 15 days, to identify trends and address concerns quickly.

“We are very pleased to announce the introduction of Achilles Analytics. By offering real-time insights and customisable reporting, we’re empowering companies to not only meet but exceed regulatory requirements, while also driving significant progress toward sustainability goals. This tool delivers the clarity and control our customers need to make smarter, faster data-driven decisions in an increasingly complex global landscape.” said Mark Chamberlain, Chief Product Officer at Achilles Information Limited .
