XLP member, Megalift, ships gas turbine

Megalift has successfully shipped SGT700 Gas Turbine from Siemens Norrkoping to Port Klang. The gas turbine weighed 86 tons with dimensions of 13.54m (L) x 5.34m, (W) x 4.01m (H).

From Siemens Norrkoping to Port Klang by RORO vessel, the SGT700 Gas Turbine was imported for the set-up of a co-generation plant in Kuala Langat. The power generation will support the function of a recycling paper mill.
