XLP Member, Freight Traders Ltd successfully delivers key shipments for New Zealand power stations

Freight Traders Ltd (FTL) has successfully completed the delivery of two major ship charters to support power station projects in New Zealand. These shipments, loaded in the Mediterranean under FTL’s expert supervision, arrived safely at New Zealand’s shores. The projects, located in the Central North Island, required meticulous planning to navigate local road closures while ensuring seamless transportation.

Timely and Efficient Delivery
Both shipments were delivered on time and within budget, reinforcing FTL’s commitment to reliable and efficient logistics solutions. The cargo included essential components such as turbines, vaporizers, preheaters, and recuperators, playing a vital role in the power station infrastructure.

Project 1 Highlights:

Turbines: 4.12L x 2.675W x 3.280H // 34 tonnes each

Preheaters: 20.974L x 2.606W x 2.172H // 103 tonnes each (4 units)

Vaporizers: 21.336L x 3.094W x 3.769H // 110 tonnes each (2 units)

Recuperators: 11.76L x 2.7W x 2.82H // 53 tonnes each (2 units)

Additional miscellaneous cargo

Project 2 Highlights:

Vaporizers: 21.336L x 3.586W x 3.970H // 95 tonnes each (2 units)

Preheaters: 21.352L x 2.106W x 2.260H // 57 tonnes each (4 units)

Recuperators: 12.961L x 3.040W x 3.020H // 63 tonnes each (2 units)
