US Special Delivery updates transportation management technology with CLI’s FACTS™

Carrier Logistics Inc. (CLI), veteran providers of freight management software for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) fleets, today announced that US Special Delivery has chosen CLI and its FACTS™ solution to meet its LTL freight management needs.

“When we realized we needed to replace our legacy TMS and invest in updating our management technology, we turned to CLI,” said Terry Reed, president of US Special Delivery. “With FACTS we will have added functionality that increases efficiency, and enhanced visibility into real time data we can use to better manage our operations and business and improve customer service. FACTS will also make the reporting we need for our sales and customer care teams more detailed and easier to access.”
