TIE Kinetix announces FLOW Platform Spring Release 2021

Apr 29, 2021

TIE Kinetix, a leader in 100% supply chain digitalization, announced the Spring Release of its FLOW Partner Automation platform today. A major highlight is improved onboarding capabilities that enable more trading partners to connect to the platform in a shorter timeframe and with a higher success rate due to advanced verification. Additional updates demonstrate that the company is dedicated to enhancing user experience and is following through on their commitment to improving user support.

FLOW is continuously optimized to meet the diverse and sophisticated needs of TIE Kinetix customers. Improved onboarding is the result of a new and flexible tool that has been developed in-house. The tool has replaced a less-capable third-party solution and has proven to dramatically simplify and accelerate trading partner onboarding. Furthermore, the in-house tool utilizes advanced trading partner validation techniques to reduce errors and increase the number of successful connections.

“Onboarding is one of the biggest challenges in any digitalization project, but we’re working hard to simplify the process as much as possible” says Jan Sundelin, CEO, TIE Kinetix. “Our new onboarding capabilities highly reduce the need for support and increase overall productivity for our customers.”

In addition to advancements in onboarding capabilities, FLOW users now have access to a complete overview of active solutions directly from the FLOW portal menu. This feature significantly improves user experience by educating users on what is currently available to them, which, in turn, streamlines operations. Regarding support, FLOW users are no longer directed to an external domain to submit a ticket. A newly redesigned support page enables all tickets to be submitted within the FLOW portal and tracked according to status type.

It is also important to note the following FLOW upgrades:
The FLOW Partner Automation Spring Release 2021 consists of developments and improvements for the entire FLOW platform and various modules. All new features and functionalities are immediately available to all TIE Kinetix customers.
