Recently retired, Jennifer Boykin is the former President of Newport News Shipbuilding, a Division of HII. She was the first woman to serve as president of the Newport News shipyard, which was founded in 1886 and has approximately $5.8 billion in annual revenues. As president, Boykin led the operations of Newport News Shipbuilding, the largest industrial employer in Virginia. She had responsibility for more than 26,000 shipbuilders who design, build and maintain the world’s most complex ships: nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and nuclear-powered submarines. This includes teams that perform aircraft carrier and submarine maintenance across the United States and globally.

Ken Kellaway, Co-Founder, Chairman, President, and CEO of RoadOne IntermodaLogistics, leads the company’s vision, strategy, growth, and development. With over 35 years of experience in logistics and a lifelong commitment to the drayage industry, Kellaway has been pivotal in shaping RoadOne’s asset-based solutions, including transloading, dedicated fleet operations, and yard and chassis management programs. Before founding RoadOne, he built Kellaway Intermodal & Distribution Systems into the largest intermodal logistics operation in the Northeast. Kellaway also helped establish RoadLink, the largest national provider of intermodal trucking and workforce solutions, and has launched several successful ventures, including Kinimatic, a leader in asset-light warehousing, and EDRAY, a collaborative platform aimed at improving port logistics.

James R. Lawrence is Chairman of Marine Money, a publishing company celebrating its 38th anniversary this year, which produces Marine Money magazine, Freshly Minted online report, International Ship Registry Review newsletter, and the Official Guide to Ship Registries. Marine Money also hosts 18+ global forums annually, bridging capital and the maritime industry. Additionally, Lawrence is a founding partner of MTI Network, the world’s leading public relations firm specializing in maritime crisis communications, with offices in 23 countries. MTI supports over 10,000 vessels from 400 companies, offering round-the-clock media relations during marine incidents. MLawrence’s maritime career began with Lloyd’s of London Press, and he has remained deeply involved in the industry.

Jeffrey F. Lawrence, a maritime lawyer and strategic advisor with over 40 years of experience, recently retired from his role at Cozen O'Connor, where he led the nationally recognized Transportation & Trade Group. Throughout his career, he guided the industry through groundbreaking projects, including the development of early RoRo and container shipping joint services, the first global container shipping alliances, and major advancements in intermodal transport. He also represented the industry in over 20 foreign jurisdictions and multinational organizations, advocating for laws to support efficiency-driven practices. A former Executive Director of the Ocean Carrier Equipment Management Association (OCEMA), Lawrence now advises maritime associations and companies on policy and strategic matters.

Val T. Noel has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TRAC Intermodal since 2013, leading the company’s national operations and overseeing subsidiaries including TRAC Tire Services and TRAC Services. Prior to joining TRAC, Noel was President of intermodal drayage operations at Pacer International. He previously held several senior leadership positions at CSX, including president of its intermodal division, AVP of trucking operations, general manager of the Atlanta region as well as general manager of equipment. Throughout his 40-year career, Noel has established himself as a mentor, shaping the careers of many industry professionals and building a lasting legacy of leadership and community service.

Tickets for the dinner are $750 each and tables of ten are $7,500. The dinner will include a pre- and post-event cocktail reception to congratulate the inductees and network with fellow industry leaders. Brand visibility opportunities are available through a variety of sponsorship and advertising options.
