This recognition honors influential individuals whose achievements, hard work, and vision have significantly shaped the global cold food supply chain.

The Rock Stars of the Supply Chain award highlights leaders across four categories: Top Warehousing Leader, Top Transportation Professional, Rising Stars, and Leaders in Excellence. Juerg Frefel has been recognized under the Leaders in Excellence category, which honors seasoned professionals with over a decade of experience who have made outstanding contributions to the supply chain space.

"From cargo fraud and Mother Nature to ever-changing food safety regulations and a new Presidential Administration that could bring an increase in tariffs, cost of goods and more, many of today's supply chain leaders are faced with a number of challenges. But it's their resilience, hard work, innovation and attention to quality that separates these rock stars apart from everyone else. Every year, this award puts a spotlight on the best of the best in the cold chain industry," says Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive.

Over the past year, Juerg has spearheaded numerous sustainability initiatives that have solidified Stoecklin Logistics’ position as a leader in green automation solutions for the cold food industry. "This award is a testament to our commitment to sustainable logistics and our dedication to helping our clients meet their evolving needs in an environmentally responsible manner," said Juerg Frefel, CEO of Stoecklin Logistics. "I am honored to be recognized among industry leaders who are shaping the future of the cold food supply chain.
