SpectraUSA solves Graphic-Tees supply chain issues

Oct 19, 2021

SpectraUSA, a North American manufacturer and distributor of premium quality blank t-shirts and activewear, has solved the supply chain breakdown for these products. The shipping crisis has impacted graphic designers and others with merchandising needs such as schools, colleges, bike shops, YouTube channels, flea market vendors, and screen printers. Being a domestic supplier, SpectraUSA, with its large inventory of over 10,000,000 items on hand, can fill orders with quick turn-around times.

As increasingly reported by the media, broken supply chains have become a primary concern of American consumers. "We are proud we can come to the rescue with our large inventory of t-shirts and activewear. And we are positioned to help anyone without product for the coming Christmas holidays," said Brian McLaughlin, Senior Partner, and owner of SpectraUSA.

The SpectraUSA inventory, housed in a spacious 500,000 square-foot warehouse, includes millions of beloved premium quality men and women's blank tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, fleece, greige tubes (knitted yarn fabric), masks, and a variety of tie-dye tees.

The company said they can maintain this large inventory because their entire manufacturing and distribution process occurs within a 150-mile radius of their headquarters in Chino, CA. A domestic stock means speed to market without having to compromise on quality.

SpectraUSA conceptualizes and designs their garments as well as knits and dyes all of their raw textiles. Expert engineers cut, sew, and finish every Spectra premium garment in two of their vertically integrated production hubs in Baja, Ensenada.

"With the supply chain issues continuing and showing no sign of resolving any time soon, we hope to help US merchandizers caught in this disaster," said Brian McLaughlin. "We can also help with fulfillment services including warehousing, pick and pack, and on-demand drop shipping to assist customers to maximize their speed to market."
