ShippingTree™ rebrands to Kase™ and cements its position as a true omnichannel fulfillment leader

Mar 12, 2025

ShippingTree™, the go-to fulfillment partner for emerging ecommerce brands, today announced its rebranding to Kase™, reflecting its position as a true omnichannel fulfillment provider. Now operating under the Kase brand, the 3PL is a premier order fulfillment partner for digitally native and omnichannel retailers alike.

The rebrand initiative follows the acquisition of ShippingTree by WSI® (Warehouse Specialists, LLC®) in February 2024. Kase, backed by 60 years of supply chain expertise, instantly expands its fulfillment footprint, adding over 13 million square feet of warehouse space across the U.S.

“Kase is designed to deliver a true omnichannel fulfillment experience that is wanted and lacking in today’s marketplace, putting customers at the forefront,” said Jesse Kaufman, former CEO of ShippingTree. “Ecommerce brands will continue to experience the same entrepreneurial and tech-forward support of ShippingTree while benefitting from expanded omnichannel retail services that scale with their growth across all channels.”

“Our commitment to process, our focus on people, and our continued investments in technology is what separates Kase from market competition,” said Peter Davis, VP of Fulfillment at WSI/Kase. “Specialized products and unique brands deserve a partner that understands their business, shares their passion, and has the capacity to grow together— rare but essential qualities for lasting success.”

Kase’s tagline, Beyond Fulfillment™, emphasizes its mission to take order fulfillment to new levels with a customer-centric approach that scales with brands from startup to enterprise. The company aims to deliver adaptable solutions for retailers of all sizes, eliminating the need to change fulfillment providers as they grow. Brands such as Malbon Golf, Matcha, Kate McLeod, and Perelel already benefit from Kase’s logistics reach, network efficiency, transparency, technology as well as inventory and returns management.
