Sendle gives small businesses a competitive edge with new two-day guaranteed national package delivery service

Jul 27, 2023

Sendle, the most affordable delivery service built for small business, has launched Sendle Two-Day Guaranteed, its fastest national package delivery service. This new service, which is a speedy alternative to UPS, gives small businesses a competitive edge without breaking the bank. Sendle Two-Day Guaranteed starts at $8.48 and businesses in the U.S. can immediately sign up and start using the service at Sendle.com.

The new Sendle Two-Day Guaranteed service launch comes on the heels of Sendle’s recently introduced Three-Day Guaranteed service. The new service provides the same, easy and reliable service Sendle’s small business customers have already come to love – and now at an even faster pace. With its new Two-Day Guaranteed service, Sendle will deliver parcels for small businesses door to door anywhere in the U.S. in two business days or less and with no extra fees or contracts. If a Sendle package isn’t delivered within two business days, Sendle will refund the small business the cost of the delivery with no questions asked. Sendle Two-Day Guaranteed includes tracking and $150 cover, and is 100% carbon-neutral at no extra cost. To top it off, there is no minimum pick-up quantity required for Sendle Two-Day Guaranteed.

“As a company that is always moving quickly to provide the best services to address the needs of the small business market, we are proud to have introduced two new services this month that position us as a very strong challenger to UPS – including a fast and reliable two-day package delivery service that doesn’t cost a pretty penny,” says Tom Byun, Sendle’s President for North America. “While the threat of a crippling nationwide UPS strike is now behind us, the past few years have been an important reminder that there is always some level of uncertainty in the logistics industry. It reinforces the need for diversification using a parcel delivery solution like Sendle so small businesses – especially online retailers – can ensure the continuity of their operations no matter what disruptions may lie ahead.”

Sendle Two-Day Guaranteed complements Sendle’s other national package delivery services built for small business, including Sendle Saver, the company’s best value shipping option, and Sendle Preferred, which offers delivery in one to five days. Sendle handles the end-to-end journey of every parcel shipped, offering dedicated customer service by real people, as well as a powerful online dashboard where customers can track and reschedule their deliveries, and more.

“We primarily rely on Sendle for our shipping needs. We trust in Sendle's resilience and adaptability in the face of potential industry disruptions like a UPS strike. We don't have a specific contingency plan in place for such an event, because we believe in the robustness of Sendle's operations and its ability to continue delivering our products to customers efficiently,” says Santiago Martinez Oropeza, CEO and founder of Brush Club.
