Santiago joins EDRAY as Chief Operations Officer

EDRAY, the industry’s leading technology and managed transportation solution, announces the addition of Sean Santiago as COO, (Chief Operations Officer) to the EDRAY executive management team.

Sean will be responsible for managing operations across EDRAY, further enhancing its commitment to solving the growing complexities of the final import mile. In addition, Sean will work to create additional EDRAY solutions and drive the successful execution of EDRAY’s short and long-term strategies, while driving profitable growth across the organization. This will include supporting expansion of existing customers and new business development, along with the recruitment and development of high-quality personnel.

With almost 20 years of logistics experience, Sean has a strong reputation in building innovative, purposeful, teams and solutions to maximize efficiency and establish scaled growth. In his numerous roles at companies, such as Coyote Logistics (now RXO), UPS, and TI/NTG, Sean served to advance operational excellence and product development.

Sean enjoys solving complex problems and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups. He believes in transparency and building long-term relationships. Sean has a BBA in Marketing from Georgia Southern University and enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor activities.
