Realterm Logistics acquires final mile warehouse and maintenance facility in Riverside, CA

Realterm Logistics announces the acquisition of a 142,160-square-foot warehouse located at 1400 Marlborough Ave., Riverside, CA. Located in the Inland Empire industrial market, the building sits on 11.9 acres, has a combination of 16 dock-high and ground level doors and features a 16,048 square foot maintenance shop.
