Realterm completes development of state-of-the art IOS facility in the Netherlands and is available for lease

Realterm, a global specialist in transportation-advantaged logistics real estate, announced today that it has added a new truck parking facility to its extensive pan-European portfolio of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) properties totaling 16,850 square meters in Venlo, Netherlands. Located strategically in a major logistics corridor, this milestone signifies Realterm’s ongoing expansion of enhanced transportation and logistical capabilities in Europe.

The modern truck parking facility is designed to meet the growing demands of the transportation industry, offering approximately 100 truck parking spaces. The project aligns with the broader infrastructure plans for Venlo, contributing to the optimization of logistics operations and bolstering the city’s position as a key hub in the Netherlands.
