MSC PAD - scope: US to Liberia
Jul 26, 2022The PAD (port additional) ex US to Liberia will increase effective September 1st, 2022: New level, as follows, applicable to all equipment types, from USA & Puerto Rico to all ports in Liberia.
The PAD is to be paid by the freight paying party. PAD must be manifested as Prepaid/elsewhere ONLY; NO COLLECT payment allowed
