MODE Global names Frigon new chief operating officer 

MODE Global is excited to announce the promotion of Normand Frigon to chief operating officer (COO). As a member of MODE Global’s leadership team, Frigon previously served as senior vice president of enterprise operations.

As COO, Frigon will oversee the following business units: Agent Network & Relations, Business Development, Avenger Logistics and In-House Enterprise Operations.

Frigon possesses more than 25 years of logistics experience covering all aspects of freight management. In 2006, Frigon joined RR&F logistics, the largest agent within the SUNTECKtts network with two other partners helping it grow from a startup to more than $400M in gross revenue in 2021. Frigon’s focus on processes and efficiency will ensure operational excellence allowing for significant growth both through MODE’s Agent Network and within Enterprise Operations.
