Copeland connects Oversight360 with Blue Yonder Network

one hour ago

Copeland announced the availability of an integration between its Oversight360 cargo monitoring software and Blue Yonder Network. By connecting Copeland shipment condition insights with Blue Yonder Network workflow and visibility capabilities, the integration provides suppliers, partners and logistics operators with a unified view of shipment location and product condition data and actionable insights to reduce spoilage and minimize in-transit disruptions. The integration reflects the growing shift toward connected, AI-enabled supply chain ecosystems, where real-time visibility and operational intelligence drive faster and more resilient decision-making.

Food waste and loss, which occur when food is lost before it reaches consumers, remain global challenges. According to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), about one-third of all food produced globally is lost or wasted at some point in the supply chain. As a result, retailers are increasingly requiring more detailed, near-real-time data on shipments. Cold chain suppliers are under pressure to provide a combined view of logistics and product conditions. These data streams have traditionally been managed separately, creating visibility gaps and delaying responses to in-transit risks.

Copeland’s Oversight360 software provides real-time shipment location and telematics signals that help cold chain operators monitor product quality, reduce spoilage and simplify compliance. By connecting those signals to Blue Yonder Network, Copeland is enabling Blue Yonder Network to aggregate the data, apply intelligence, and generate actionable insights within supply chain workflows, supporting more advanced analytics and predictive capabilities over time.

“The ability to bring together critical shipment and condition insights within a single platform supports more informed, proactive decision-making,” said Lori Haggart, vice president, monitoring at Copeland. “Copeland’s Oversight360 software integration with Blue Yonder Network is helping to meet retailers’ supplier compliance requirements, optimize freshness and minimize waste, reflecting a broader shift toward greater transparency and data sharing across the cold chain.”

Currently being implemented with a major U.S. food retailer, data and insights captured from Copeland’s GO trackers and Oversight360 software are integrated into the Blue Yonder Network, enabling more cohesive monitoring and helping the retailer achieve its inbound shipment goals of on-time in-full delivery.

With decades of experience in cold chain monitoring, Copeland is advancing cargo visibility by developing new capabilities, expanding functionality, and integrating intelligent solutions to deliver connected data to help achieve operational control and actionable insights across the supply chain.
