MBS Logistics acquires Gerhard Wegmueller GmbH

MBS Logistics AG, the Swiss subsidiary of the international MBS Logistics Group headquartered in Cologne, has today announced the acquisition of Gerhard Wegmüller GmbH, based in Zurich. The transaction is effective retroactively from 1 January 2025.

This strategic move significantly enhances MBS Logistics AG's service portfolio both in Switzerland and internationally. Gerhard Wegmüller GmbH is a well-established company focusing on specialised logistics solutions across sectors such as aviation and aerospace, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and complex transport. A particular area of focus is time-critical spare parts logistics for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) as well as 24/7 emergency logistics.
