Oct 29, 2025

Lödige Industries, the leading global provider of automated logistics systems, has been awarded “Air Cargo Automation Provider of the Year” at the 12th Payload Asia Awards in Singapore. The accolade celebrates the company’s development of advanced automation solutions that drive operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability across the air cargo sector.

This marks the second straight year Lödige Industries has claimed the title. The company first earned recognition in 2023 for the latest evolution of its Cargo Professional Suite, a comprehensive terminal management system. The 2025 award spotlights Cargo Direct, a groundbreaking new module within suite that harnesses data-driven intelligence to transform air freight operations for customers. By optimizing freight flows, Cargo Direct increases throughput per square meter and elevates SLA Performance through informed, data-driven decisions.

Air cargo terminals worldwide face persistent pressures, constrained floor space, rising demand for automation, and ongoing manpower shortages. Integrating new technology into legacy infrastructure without disrupting live operations remains a core challenge. The Cargo Professional Suite addresses these issues head-on by unifying core processes, material handling, and automation into intelligent platform, delivering unmatched control, efficiency, and resilience for operators.

Lödige Industries has a long history of working with many of the world's premier air cargo players, including AAT, Air China, British Airways, Cainiao, Cathay Pacific Cargo Terminal, dnata, Eastern Air Logistics, KLM, MASkargo, Menzies, SATS, Swissport, Turkish Cargo, and many others. Lödige Industries’ systems handle more than 29 million tons of air cargo every year, predominantly in the fast-growing freight hubs across Asia.
