LATICRETE deploys John Galt’s Agentic AI across end-to-end supply chain

Jul 21, 2026

John Galt Solutions is proud to announce that customer LATICRETE is live with Galt AI, John Galt Solutions’ agentic AI platform, marking an important step in LATICRETE’s broader AI transformation strategy.

As supply chains become increasingly complex, LATICRETE is leveraging Galt AI, including its powerful AI supply chain planning assistant in the Atlas Planning Platform, to streamline access to information, reduce the learning curve for planners, and empower teams to effectively respond to business challenges more quickly.

Galt AI simplifies and accelerates access to critical planning insights, removing barriers and information overload. Teams can interact naturally with the platform and quickly surface relevant information, spending less time navigating reports, and more time analyzing tradeoffs and making decisions.

"We are seeing real value as we move from simply querying information to streamlining access to insights," said Alex Rothberg, Director, Integrated Business Planning at LATICRETE. "Our goal is to move more towards agentic workflows and increased automation, allowing our team to manage increasing SKU complexity and unexpected supply shocks.”

LATICRETE is currently utilizing Galt AI across the end-to-end supply chain, with particularly strong adoption in both inventory and demand planning. The company manages a large portfolio of SKUs and is using Galt AI to identify exceptions, prioritize areas requiring attention, and uncover demand risks and operational anomalies.

Strategically, LATICRETE views Galt AI as a way to help teams accomplish more with its existing resources. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its use of agentic AI beyond planning, envisioning a future in which intelligent agents across planning, ERP, CRM, transportation, and product information systems collaborate to share information, automate workflows, and accelerate decision-making.

“We’re excited about our partnership with John Galt Solutions and the direction we’re taking with AI in our processes,” said Rothberg. “We’re building the foundation for a future where people and intelligent agents increasingly work together to create a more responsive, connected, and resilient supply chain.”

With Galt AI, John Galt Solutions continues to help organizations transform planning processes and unlock the next generation of supply chain intelligence through agentic AI.

“We're helping supply chain organizations like LATICRETE progress through their AI journey," said Zac Nemitz, Director of Global Product Strategy at John Galt Solutions. "As organizations build confidence and maturity with agentic AI, they can begin moving toward the next stages: AI-powered recommendations and autonomous execution of routine planning decisions. Our role is to work closely with customers throughout that journey, helping them unlock value at each stage while building the foundation for a more responsive and intelligent supply chain."
