Last-mile delivery provider Jitsu announces Midwest expansion to 6 new cities

Mar 10, 2025

Jitsu, the last-mile delivery leader that helps brands exceed customer expectations, today announced its expansion into six new cities in the Midwest. This expansion positions Jitsu as the second-largest regional carrier in the U.S., extending its reach to over 122 million people across the nation.

In 2024, Jitsu successfully launched operations in the Detroit metropolitan area, adding to its existing footprint in Chicago and Milwaukee. Now, starting April 1, the company is bringing its efficient, cost-effective, and reliable last-mile delivery services to six additional Midwest cities:

  • St. Louis, MO
  • Indianapolis, IN
  • Cincinnati, OH
  • Columbus, OH
  • Cleveland, OH
  • Pittsburgh, PA

“The parcel industry is experiencing rapid disruption, uncertainty, and upheaval,” said Jitsu CEO Adam Bryant. “Amidst all this change and chaos, Jitsu remains a trusted, reliable partner for our customers’ delivery needs. Our Midwest expansion extends our culture of operational excellence and consistency to new markets, ensuring brands and businesses have a last-mile solution they can count on—no surprises, just results.”

Indianapolis will serve as Jitsu’s primary regional hub, supporting interconnectivity between the entire Midwest region, while Chicago and Columbus will be secondary regional hubs. Each of the Midwest cities in which Jitsu operates can support direct injection, giving brands more options and flexibility for their last-mile delivery needs.

The expansion solidifies the parcel carrier’s presence in the major urban Midwest market, giving brands more reliability in their delivery networks while reducing costs, missed deliveries, and customer complaints.

Jitsu leverages its proprietary tech ecosystem and customer-obsessed approach to deliver better, faster, and cheaper. Jitsu’s cutting-edge technology optimizes last-mile delivery by leveraging AI-powered route planning, predictive analytics, and a data-backed approach to ensure a 99+% on-time delivery rate. Unlike traditional carriers, Jitsu provides upfront pricing with no hidden fees, ensuring brands have a transparent, cost-effective solution to meet growing consumer demands.
