IBT of Miami announced today that its subsidiary Alfridomsa in the Dominican Republic was named a licensed logistics operating company under the auspices of the country’s customs authority.

Afridomsa is certified as an Authorized Economic Operators (OAS) and holds certifications that include Business Alliance for Secure Commerce (BASC) security management and protocols against COVID-19.
Also, Alfridomsa is a member of WCAworld, the largest network of independent freight forwarders. Other memberships include the WCA Perishables of the Dominican Agribusiness Board, American Chamber of Commerce, Spanish Chamber of Commerce, Dominican Association of Air and Maritime Cargo Agents (Adacam), and the Ecotourism Cluster of Constanza. The company is recognized for its commitment to the conservation and protection of the environment.
