Hiab launches all-new MULTILIFT Optima range

one hour ago

Hiab launches an all-new MULTILIFT Optima range. Engineered for high-frequency standardized operations, the updated product range fuses cost-efficiency with premium reliability, setting a new benchmark for day-to-day productivity.

With this launch, Hiab doubles its 20- and 25-tonnes capacity lineup, expanding from 2 to 4 solutions:

  • MULTILIFT S-Type: Proven classic for standardized hauling
  • The updated 20S and 25S models utilize a robust, horizontal sliding mechanism optimized for straightforward, dependable hauling.
  • MULTILIFT Z-Type: Next-gen maneuverability and low loading angles
  • The new 20Z and 25Z models combine sliding and tilting movements seamlessly within a single configuration. This specialized sequence provides a low loading angle and minimized lifting height.

Key material, performance and intelligence features

The all-new range brings next-generation capabilities to the mid-market hooklift segment through several core technological and design enhancements across all four solutions:

  • Lightweight EvoLight™ steel construction: Built to optimize operational capacity, this advanced design provides superior payload capacity without sacrificing legendary MULTILIFT durability. The increased payload capacity can help fleet operators transport more material per trip, supporting lower fuel consumption, operating costs and emissions per tonne transported.
  • Advanced control module and valves: Both S and Z models feature an upgraded technological core of a new control module and next-generation control valves. This setup secures powerful, reliable operation while fully meeting EU safety requirements.
  • Ergonomic keypad-style controller: Inside the cabin, the operator experiences an all-new, intuitive interface that makes daily operations even easier, faster and safer.

“We are very proud to present our all-new MULTILIFT Optima range. It provides ideal solutions to fit industry needs from waste & recycling to transport & logistics and construction. The product range demonstrates Hiab’s long-term commitment to sustainability, quality and customer value,” says Pauli Siivonen, Senior Manager Product Management, Hiab Demountables.
