Jan 17, 2020

Athens, TN - Heil Trailer International and Polar Tank Trailer recently announced Tri Tank Corp. has been designated an authorized service and repair facility. Tri Tank has offered Polar products since 2008 and became a Heil Trailer dealer in 2019. The addition of Tri Tank to the service and repair network enables both brands to continue providing the highest level of customer service and support, setting the standard in repair and service after the sale.

“Becoming an authorized service and repair facility requires an investment in specialized training, people and equipment to ensure the highest levels of quality,” explained Ryan Rockafellow, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Heil Trailer and Polar Tank Trailer. “Tri Tank is an ideal addition to our nationwide service and repair network. They continue to meet and exceed our expectations, growing sales of our products by 200% in their territory over 2018. We look forward to helping them continue that success and growing our valued partnership with them.”

Founded in 1977, Tri Tank is based in Syracuse, New York, and operates a 30,000- square-feet facility with 20 service bays. The dealership is owned by the Terpening family, which also operates Terpening Trucking Company, Inc., a transporter of petroleum-based fuel to customers in the northeast and Canada. Terpening recently began adding Heil Trailer products to its fleet.

Rich Terpening Jr., CEO of Tri Tank Corp., said, “We’re excited to expand our relationship with EnTrans, becoming an authorized service and repair facility, in addition to offering the full range of Heil Trailer and Polar products to our customers. We’re extremely happy with the Heil Trailer products we’ve incorporated into our Terpening Trucking fleet and will bring that unique firsthand experience with the products to our Tri Tank customers.”
