The Women In Trucking Association (WIT) announced today that United Parcel Service (UPS) has renewed its Gold Level Partnership. This partnership serves to further WIT’s mission to empower more women in the transportation and logistics industry with the knowledge, resources and community they need to succeed.

For more than a decade, UPS has actively participated in the association and has supported WIT as a Gold Level Partner since 2023. Furthering their involvement, the company has been a Platinum Level Sponsor of WIT’s Accelerate! Conference & Expo since 2022. Bonnie Michael, vice president of transportation, serves on the board of directors, lending her expertise and vision to the organization’s initiatives.

“Our partnership with WIT reflects UPS’ unwavering commitment to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace,” said Michael. “Together, we’re building a future where women thrive and lead at every level.”

"UPS’ renewed commitment to WIT is a testament to their strong belief in building a diverse workforce and championing female voices and leadership,” said Jennifer Hedrick, WIT president and CEO. "We are excited to continue this impactful partnership, working together to inspire, engage, and support women pursuing rewarding careers in the industry."
