FTL New Zealand, lends a hand with Auckland’s latest Tunnel Boring Machine

A new Tunnel Boring Machine arrived into New Zealand’s Port of Auckland recently – Freight Traders Ltd lent a hand with logistic formalities.

Their scope of work included import customs clearance, quarantine formalities, port stevedoring, port marshalling, cargo load out. The shipment was 1,099 tonne and 5,155 m3. The largest package was 7.25 L x 7.05 W x 3.9 H meters and 145 tonne. FTL continues to feed the job’s sites with air / LCL / FCL and breakbulk drop shipments which will continue until the tunnel completion.
