Frampton Construction wraps construction on three facilities at Eastgate 540

Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has completed the construction of three industrial facilities at Eastgate 540 industrial park in Knightdale, N.C.

Developed by Trinity Capital Advisors, Eastgate 540 is located beside Interstate 540 in Raleigh’s East Wake submarket. The park totals 1.2 million square feet across seven buildings.

Frampton completed the sitework and building shell construction for buildings four (120,000-square-feet) and six (159,000-square-feet), and completed sitework, building shell, and a 60,000-square-foot interior upfit for Home Depot in building three (120,000-square-feet). The company recently broke ground on building seven, a 204,000-square-foot facility slated for completion in May 2022. Building seven is the park’s final building.

Keith Horton, project manager at Frampton Construction, said, “We’re proud of the swift and high-quality delivery of these facilities by our team, especially given all the current industry-wide challenges. A can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset have been crucial to the delivery of this project.” 

Merriman Schmitt Architects completed the design for the buildings, and Advanced Civil Design, Inc., provided civil engineering services.
