Five Star Services today announced the wide availability of Five Star Dispatch, following a limited release in March. The full-service dispatching tool allows carriers to manage all aspects of their transportation business operations.
“Five Star Dispatch is a result of our deep understanding of the needs of trucking clients and our technology-first approach to designing solutions that will make a true difference with their business,” said Raye Ackerman, Vice President, Five Star Services. “I’m excited for our clients to experience the positive impacts of incorporating Five Star Services into their daily operations, whether they’re looking to get started, grow or simply stay in business.”
The web-based dispatching solution provides a simple, streamlined system to track and manage trucks, loads and the finance functions of the business in real time from an easy-to-read dashboard. Five Star Dispatch not only provides detailed and personalized reporting of the status of the business, but also includes accounting features, such as the ability to generate reports needed for IFTA filings and QuickBooks integration. Through a strategic alliance with eCapital, clients using Five Star Dispatch can exclusively submit their invoices for factoring directly to the eCapital portal.
Five Star Dispatch is available in two different subscription-based options, unique to the size of the carrier’s operations. Each option provides unlimited users, requires no contracts, and includes free support when needed. The new tool is part of the Five Star Services suite of products and joins Five Star Load Board, which allows users to search and find loads for free in real time.
“We are committed to supporting the historically underserved segments of the transportation industry through innovative management tools and technology solutions,” continued Ackerman. “Through the launch of Five Star Services and its suite of products, we are helping transportation companies improve essential parts of their freight operations.”
Five Star Services is comprised of dedicated transportation professionals and offers a suite of subscription-based services that address the specific needs of the trucking industry.
