European Union officials encourage new measures to support Ukraine's energy security, the EU's foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Monday, adding the latest package of sanctions on Russia will not be the last.

"To further cut Russian war funds, we need a more robust EU-wide approach against the shadow fleet", Kallas also told reporters, after a meeting of the EU's Foreign Affairs Council.
